My brothers Ryan, Scott, and me. I am in the process of putting together a slide show of some pictures I scanned from growing up in Roselle, Illinois.
Looking at these photos makes remember so many random parts of my youth. Now that I'm a soccer mom I try to find time to watch Oprah at 4 p.m. everyday. On one show this week she had children on who were severely neglected - it was really sad and yes I teared up!
One of the shrinks said that by the time you turn 6 years old you have most of the intelligence you will have for the rest of your life. You will continue to learn from your experiences but the time between birth and 6 years old is super important to every person's development. Glad my parents did such an awesome job with us, we were all very loved and treated like GOLD.
