I found the image that inspired me to take up photography! I won an award for this one in high school...my teacher Miss Snell encouraged me to submit this one for some competition and I won the "Gold Key." There was even a blurb written in the local paper - The Daily Herald. The article is dated March 5, 1996 - so I received my first piece of press for my photographic skills exactly 13 years ago!
