I wanted to eat the food we had in the fridge last night and what I came up with we a bit of "left over" heaven.
I had the following ingredients in the house: whole wheat rigatoni pasta, half of a steak cooked at medium rare, bacon, some really great cheese that had holes in it but wasn't swiss and can't remember what name it was.
I boiled the noodles, cooked the steak and bacon in the same pan with some no salt BBQ seasoning. Strained the noodles and added salt and pepper to the pan, a little butter, some oil and then added the cheese, sauteed these ingredients to make a sauce. Cut up the meat into small pieces and added it all together.
Seriously impressed with the outcome. It was so tasty!
