A NIGHT TO REMEMBER - FOREVER, FOREVER-EVER!

I didn't care for these photos in color, but in B&W they look pretty sweet.

We had just arrived in Rome, Christmas 2007. After spending some quality time in Venice and Florence we set off to get photos taken in front of Rome's famed Colosseum.

With the sun going down in the middle of December we had the perfect setting for a romantic evening with my man. I will always remember how happy I was that evening. Cue the floating little cherubs with the bow and arrow flying around us as we set off to explore our third city.

Italy for Christmas was romantic, magical and a visually stunning. Taking this trip with the one I love made it even more special - a time of my life moment!

YIKES! Did you read about the flooding in Venice, Italy? When John and I were there last year in December we enjoyed every minute of staying in this glorious city - the most unique area of the world I have had the opportunity to vacation at. I hope they are able to get everything back into shape right away and fix the city's infrastructure. To learn more about the flood, click here.
